Victoria Yampolsky, CFA, is a serial entrepreneur and strategic CFO with a specialization in financial modeling and valuation. She is a passionate advocate for female founders and a strong proponent of equitable access to capital. She is the President and Founder of The Startup Station, a CFO advisory and financial education platform for startups and small businesses.
Victoria has collaborated with over 150 founders across 15 industries, helping them secure more than $50 million in venture capital. Her courses on accounting, financial modeling, valuation, and startup finance have reached thousands entrepreneurs worldwide. Additionally, from 2019 to 2022 she has taught at the Bank of America Institute of Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.
In 2023, Victoria launched PowerUp Globally, a global initiative to address the gender funding gap. Its flagship program, Female Founder Mindset Gym, is the only program that focuses on building a resilient mindset while also offering business training and access to a mentorship platform connecting participants with over 2,000 executives and 150 angel investors. She also runs The Fundraising Bootcamp with veteran investor, Jeanne M. Sullivan.
Victoria is a frequent speaker and an advisor to multiple startups as well as a founder of several ventures in media and entertainment. She has worked with numerous accelerators including TechStars Startup Weekend, Vital Voices, Rockstart, Starta, Quay, Halo, Bank of America Breakthrough Labs, Prepare4VC, and others.
Previously, Victoria worked for Deutsche Bank and was a technology consultant with CapGemini’s Financial Services Division.
Victoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude, in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics from Cornell University, and an MBA, with honors, from Columbia Business School. Victoria also served on the Advisory Board of the Computing and Information Science (CIS) Department of Cornell University.
In July 2022 Victoria, together with her co-founder and childhood friend, Svetlana Zelenskiy, produced the World Unite for Ukraine concert. The concert raised humanitarian aid for Ukrainian refugees with the help of the US -Ukraine Foundation, a 30-year-old Washington-based do tank doing business in Ukraine since the fall of the Soviet Union. 22 artists, including Pink Floyd, joined the concert from 9 countries. The production was supported by over 100 volunteers from 11 countries.
In 2023 Victoria represented New York State on the NSBA Leadership Council, advocating for fair access to capital for women. She is now working on passing NY State Bill A09786 to promote diversity in venture capital.

Paul is a highly experienced mentor who has worked with companies from around the world. He has developed and presented bootcamps and training programs to thousands of companies. He has run two manufacturing companies and is a very experienced management executive. He is currently active with venture fund and family office advisory, incubator and accelerator programs, content development and mentoring activities around the world. As the former general manager of a co-working space in San Francisco, he has seen all there is to see in the start-up world and he is always eager to share his depth and breadth of experience. Clarence (Hamp) Hampton III leads Fundraising Strategy for The Startup Station and is the CEO of Guerrier Consulting, a consulting firm focused on Go-To-Market planning and building scalable sales processes.

Jill Greenwald leads Strategic Planning at The Startup Station. She is also a Program Manager and Investor at Astia, a network of investors that advise and invest in early-stage women-led high-growth ventures. She’s invested in 20+ early-stage startups. She facilitates at Bank of America Institute of Women’s Entrepreneurship At Cornell. where thousands of women have been given the opportunity to take courses in all aspects of starting and running a business.
Previously, Jill had a 25-year career investing in small public growth equities. Her last 15 years were spent at Fred Alger Management where she was an integral part of the firm’s rebuilding after the devastation of 9/11. Evaluating the potential of an equity investment requires a deep dive into a company’s financial history and projections as well as an analysis of the feasibility of their corporate strategy.
The best investments have a roadmap for profitable growth and a defensible competitive advantage. Jill’s top quartile investment returns drove the growth in assets from $500M to over $4 billion during her tenure at Alger. Accolades like winning the Lipper award in 2007 for the best fund in the entire asset class are a testament to her skills in financial analysis and corporate strategy.
She retired in 2016 as a firm partner and prior to her return to Alger, Jill had similar portfolio manager positions at J&W Seligman and Chase Asset Management. She has a BA in economics from Yale University, an MBA from New York University, and a CFA designation.
Francisco Marin is a global operations executive with extensive experience leading business planning, logistics, manufacturing and engineering teams and a strategic partner of The Startup Station.
Francisco led growth and turnaround strategies for products ranging from $1M to $500M in sales, with industry leaders like L’Oreal, Pinnacle Foods (acquired by Conagra), Gurwitch Products (acquired by Shiseido), Esteé Lauder, Movado, Lucent Technologies (acquired by Alcatel and later on Nokia), and Spanish based global engineering turn-key projects company Duro Felguera.
He is skilled in team building, business and go-to-market strategies, new product introductions, mergers & acquisitions integration, product portfolio lifecycle management, process improvements and technology systems design and implementation.
Francisco attended Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He also earned an MBA with emphasis in Corporate Finance and Supply Chain Management from Penn State’s Smeal School of Business, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s scholarship award.

Yuliya holds a Magister degree in International Economics from the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. This academic foundation instilled a strong understanding of global economic principles, which has proven invaluable in her professional journey.
Since joining the Startup Station in 2020, Julia has become an integral part of the team, contributing to the success of various marketing campaigns.
In her role, Yuliya specializes in Email and Social Media Marketing (SMM), where she crafts compelling content, engages with audiences, and analyzes performance metrics to optimize strategies.
